Ingredients
Pork Sausages (Pork (90%), Water, Rice Flour, Salt, Chickpea Flour, Spices, Stabiliser (Diphosphates), Preservative (Sodium Metabisulphite), Flavouring, Cornflour (contains SULPHITES), Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid), Dextrose (contains SULPHITES), Sausage Casing [Calcium Alginate]), Creamy Cheese Sauce (butter (MILK), salt, pepper, nutmeg, Fortified Wheat Flour (WHEAT (GLUTEN) Flour, calcium carbonate, Iron, niacin (B3), thiamin (B1)), MILK, Grated Cheese (MILK)),  Noodles (Wheat flour (GLUTEN), Water, Egg Powder (EGG), Salt, Stabilisers: Potassium Carbonate, Sodium Carbonate), Kale, Oregano, black pepper.

Storage
Best kept fresh in the fridge immediately after purchase or delivery. Safe to stay chilled for up to 3 days. Always refer to the use by date on the label. If not consuming within a few days this meal can be frozen.

Cooking Instructions
Remove lid. Microwave from fresh for 2 – 3 minutes (based on 800W) stir and heat for a further 1 minute or until piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir and serve. If meal is frozen, we recommend defrosting in the fridge overnight. If heating from frozen please adjust cooking times accordingly and heat thoroughly in a microwave or pan ensuring piping hot.
